It's been some time...
...since I last posted and unfortunately I'm no nearer to my goal. I've had two viewers to the house. First one was in the first week of the house going in the market, they didn't like the lack of parking. The 2nd viewer was two weeks ago. They had me jumping through hoops, which I thought had paid off as a week later they put in an offer! The agent said say no, as they indicated they would pay the asking price! I took the agents advice and bugger me, they put in an offer on a completely different house which was accepted. Now I'm sat here with no bloody buyer and and agent saying it wasn't meant to be. Bollocks. I had got so excited at the thought of having sold the house and was in Ayr for the day when I got the initial (and only) offer. They have a lovely showroom there selling campers, etc. And as luck should have it, I found the van of my dreams! Can you believe it. Nice been looking for ages and never really found...
